What this site offers

SurgiReport is in development. This site currently offers one thing: the chance to join the waitlist and be told when the product is ready. There is nothing to buy here, nothing to install, and no product to log into yet.

SurgiReport is not a medical device. It provides no clinical advice, no diagnosis and no decision support, and nothing on this site should be read as any of those.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under §7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect begins only from the moment we become aware of a concrete infringement. If we are told of such content, we will remove it promptly.

Liability for links

This site may link to external websites whose content we do not control, so we cannot accept liability for that content. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for it. Linked pages were checked for apparent legal violations at the time the link was set, and none were evident. Permanently monitoring the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we are told of one, we will remove the link promptly.
